Wasenweiler Winegrowers

As early as 1935, Wasenweiler Winzer eG was founded by a handful of "winegrower visionaries". With the construction of their own winegrower's cellar, on the slope of the vineyards, a solid basis for the future was later created. The vinotheque, built in 2002, is an architecturally successful work that is oriented directly on the slopes of the Lotberg.

A new addition to the product range is the Kaiserstuhl balsamic vinegar in the 0.25l bottle. It is made from a Trockenbeerenauslese from the Kaiserstuhl. The high quality of the wine results in a balsamic vinegar that can be seen or tasted: "Very dark brown, much thicker than normal vinegar, very concentrated in taste but with little acidity," is how the managing director of the Wasenweiler winegrowers Stefan Faubel describes the vinegar.

In combination with, for example, the walnut oil from the Fessinger oil mill (also in the "Imperial Enjoy" shop), this high-quality balsamic vinegar is simply perfect for salads, appetizers and desserts.
