The wine-growing community of Gottenheim was first mentioned in a document in 1086 AD.

On designated hiking and cycling trails such as the Tuniberg-Höhenweg and on signposted themed trails such as the Heilkräuterpfad, the Burgunderpfad or the Reblishi-Rundweg, you can experience our beautiful landscape with views of the Black Forest and the Voegesen.
